Mr. Jaideep Jain (DIN: 00165378)
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Jaideep Jain is the Chairman and Managing Director and also one of the Promoters of our Company.
He has a degree of Bachelors of Engineering (Industrial and Production). He has also completed
Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Melbourne. Under the capable
leadership of his Father, late Mr. Vijay Kumar Jain, he began working at Tesla Transformers Limited in
the year 1989 as a Marketing Manager. Later on in the Year 1998, June 26, he was inducted to the Board
of the Company. In the year 2005, August 08, he was appointed as the Director of Tesla Power
Equipments and Projects Limited, since then he’s associated with the Company.
Mr. Jain is a
transformative leader with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation with over 35 years of
experience in the Transformer Industry. He has developed a unique ability to balance strategic thinking
and collaborative leadership. He acts objectively and constructively while exercising his duties. Under his
guidance, our Company has achieved remarkable success with increased revenues and expanded
operations in the Power Sector in India and abroad.
Mrs. Ritu Jain (DIN: 00165533)
Whole-Time Director
Mrs. Ritu Jain is the whole-time Director and also one of the Promoters of our Company. She has a degree in Bachelors of Law and Bachelors of Arts. She has been on the Board of Tesla Power Equipments and Projects Limited since the date of its incorporation (i.e. March 12, 2004) till now. Mrs. Jain is a result driven leader with over 20 years of experience in shaping and achieving Company’s goals. She is enthused in playing a role to provide alternative solutions in promoting Green Energy. With her unique blend of strategic vision and distinct operational expertise, she continues to inspire and motivate the Company to achieve greater excellence.
Mr.Umesh Harjivandas Ved (DIN: 00003323)
Independent Director
Mr. Umesh Harjivandas Ved is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company and was appointed on November 16, 2024. He has a degree in Bachelors of Commerce & Bachelors of Law. He is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a certificate of Practice from the ICSI. He is also a registered Insolvency Professional from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has been practicing as a Company Secretary for more than twenty-five years. He has vast and varied experience and expertise in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Joint Ventures and Foreign Collaboration, Capital Market Issues, Due-Diligence Audit, Legal Compliances as Practising Company Secretary, Securities Laws, Foreign Exchange Management and other legislations and appearance before quasi- judicial bodies.
Mr. Satpal Kumar Arora (DIN: 00061420)
Independent Director
Mr. Satpal Kumar Arora is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company and was appointed on December 24, 2024. He holds the degree in Bachelors of Law, Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) and Master of Commerce. He is a Cost Accountant and holds the certificate issued by the Indian Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He is a certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He is a qualified Company Secretary. He is also a registered Insolvency Professional from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has a vast and varied experience in the field of wholesale lending, project appraisal and financing, infrastructure project appraisal /monitoring/ negotiating terms and legal aspects, sale and purchase of distress loan accounts, recovery from the stressed assets, treasury management, recovery/legal process, sale/purchase/assignment of NPAs, insolvency laws and procedures. He possesses good working knowledge of general, commercial and economic laws, Companies Act, regulatory provisions of Stock Exchanges and SEBI.
